The Daphne Meadow

Our Daphne Meadow is a stunning way to create a romantic, immersive backdrop for your ceremony. As a twist on the traditional floral arch, this grounded version feels organic, as if the flowers had sprung up directly from the earth.

This semi-circular meadow perfectly frames the moment for your I do’s and serves as a breathtaking setting for your photos without obstructing beautiful mountain or water views. The best part? Daphne is designed as several separate pieces, so each of the nine floral "hedges" can be reused as part of your reception decor — for example, on pedestals for your reception entrance, or to adorn the base of your sweetheart table.

We curated a very special blend of different flower and foliage types to design this meadow, in a color palette of pink, lavender, white, and green: Pink peonies, pink and white roses, dusty lavender "Ocean Song" roses, pink and lavender delphinium, pink hydrangea, white hydrangea, English lilacs, pale ballet pink ranunculus, green willow eucalyptus, sage green spiral eucalyptus, and variegated pittosporum. 

Our flowers are indistinguishable from real florals. They are exact replicas of fresh flowers, printed in material that both looks & feels real to the touch, including the greenery, and they are absolutely stunning! 

We spent many months curating these premium flowers, which are convincingly life-like in person and will also photograph flawlessly at your event.

We would be delighted to add pops of color to customize this arch for you!

Local florists typically charge $2k to $3.5k for a similarly large and flower-packed arch, using fresh flowers. Renting from us saves you thousands of dollars without sacrificing beauty or "wow" factor.

Price listed is for the arch shown in the images, including all flowers pictured, and does not include the white circular stage. (Contact us for vendor recommendations if you'd like to rent a similar piece) Price listed is for ONE setup location, and includes delivery and pickup before 9PM within 15 miles of 98136.

Additional fees will be assessed if you would like us to move the meadow to a different location during your event, and/or if you require us to retrieve the meadow past 9pm. We do not allow anyone to move our rentals to a different location at your event, other than our team.

Item can only be rented if the venue is within 50 miles (one-way) of 98136.

RENTING WITH YOUNG VINE IS EASY!

We are located in Seattle, WA, and do not deliver outside the state, nor do we ship overseas. We are able to deliver within 50 miles (one-way) of our warehouse in Seattle.

1. Choose your reservation date from our calendar and click "Next”.
2. Fill out the special instructions box. Once you've confirmed the item you want to rent, the delivery date, and that you agree to our policies, you will see an empty box. It’s important that you fill this out with your VENUE NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL and PHONE NUMBER, so that we know where to deliver your rental and can contact the venue for insurance. Please also confirm your preferred time for delivery and pickup of the rentals, if you have this info at the time of booking.
3. All orders include delivery, setup, and pickup, with a pickup time no later than 9:00 PM, and delivery within 15 miles of our warehouse. Pickups past 9 PM will incur a separate fee. The delivery fee for orders beyond 15 miles will be determined by distance, and whether or not our movers and/or designer will be involved in setup. Please email us and we can provide a quote. Any pickups past 9 PM are subject to a late-night pickup fee, which can be found on our terms & conditions page. Use the "Order Special Instructions" box at checkout to add any requests, e.g. custom flower colors you'd like us to add, or if you want us to give you a quote for moving the rentals from your ceremony location to the reception.
4. Checkout. We offer 2 payment options: Entire rental fee upfront, or SHOP PAY, which splits the total into 4 payments.
