The Haven Backdrop

Our new Haven Backdrop is modern, yet timeless! Its soft and airy style will complement any wedding venue. There are 8 extremely lush, flower-packed arrangements in this set, as well as 4 white pedestal stands, all of which can be used in various ways throughout your event.

Haven incorporates a mix of all-white and ivory flowers (white hydrangeas, white garden roses, white Playa Blanca roses, white delphinium, white snapdragon, ivory rose buds, ivory ranunculus, white lisianthus, white cosmos, and ivory veronica), surrounded by clouds of baby's breath. Repurpose these versatile arrangements for your sweetheart or cake table, to adorn your signage or frame the entrance to your reception space. Add some candles at the bottom for extra romantic vibes.

This rental includes:

• (2) tall white rectangular plinths
• (2) short white rectangular plinths
• (2) extra-large arrangements
• (2) large arrangements
• (4) medium arrangements

Choose to have us set up the Haven Backdrop just as shown in the first photo (e.g. symmetrical placement of all eight pieces), or as shown in photo 2 (six pieces for altar, with two pieces kept aside for the front of the aisle or to display elsewhere), or choose an entirely different and asymmetrical style! Our flowers are indistinguishable from real florals. They are exact replicas of fresh flowers, printed in material that both looks & feels real to the touch, and they are absolutely stunning! We spent many months curating these premium flowers, which are convincingly life-like in person and will also photograph flawlessly at your event.

We would be delighted to add pops of color to customize this backdrop for you, but we cannot remove already-placed flowers.

Local florists typically charge $2.5k to $4k for a similar backdrop, using fresh flowers. Renting from us saves you thousands of dollars without sacrificing beauty or "wow" factor.

Price listed is for all flowers and pedestals pictured in the images. Wood arbor with fabric draping shown in first image is not included. (Contact us if you would like to rent a similar item.)

Price listed is for ONE setup location, and includes delivery and pickup before 9PM within 15 miles of 98136.

Additional fees will be assessed if you would like us to move the backdrop to a different location during your event, and/or if you require us to retrieve the rentals past 9pm. 

The Haven Backdrop can only be rented if your venue is within 50 miles (one-way) of 98136.

RENTING WITH YOUNG VINE IS EASY!

We are located in Seattle, WA, and do not deliver outside the state, nor do we ship overseas. We are able to deliver within 50 miles (one-way) of our warehouse in Seattle.

1. Choose your reservation date from our calendar and click "Next”.
2. Fill out the special instructions box. Once you've confirmed the item you want to rent, the delivery date, and that you agree to our policies, you will see an empty box. It’s important that you fill this out with your VENUE NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL and PHONE NUMBER, so that we know where to deliver your rental and can contact the venue for insurance. Please also confirm your preferred time for delivery and pickup of the rentals, if you have this info at the time of booking.
3. All orders include delivery, setup, and pickup, with a pickup time no later than 9:00 PM, and delivery within 15 miles of our warehouse. Pickups past 9 PM will incur a separate fee. The delivery fee for orders beyond 15 miles will be determined by distance, and whether or not our movers and/or designer will be involved in setup. Please email us and we can provide a quote. Any pickups past 9 PM are subject to a late-night pickup fee, which can be found on our terms & conditions page. Use the "Order Special Instructions" box at checkout to add any requests, e.g. custom flower colors you'd like us to add, or if you want us to give you a quote for moving the rentals from your ceremony location to the reception.
4. Checkout. We offer 2 payment options: Entire rental fee upfront, or SHOP PAY, which splits the total into 4 payments.
