Our custom arch option is for you if we do not already have a floral arbor or set of floral pillars in the exact style and colors that you're looking for.
(Please note that we DO offer a customization option of adding flowers in ANY color of your choice to our existing rentals! This can completely transform the look of any of our current pieces. But even with this option in mind, we understand that you might still want a completely custom arch.)
So, we've created an option for just THAT, right here. Provided that we have enough lead time before your special event (4 months minimum), we can dream up something extraordinary together, using your Pinterest board or other inspiration photos as our guide, and keeping your overall wedding color palette and style in mind.
All of our rentals at Young Vine are designed and built entirely by hand, here in Seattle, by our owner, Carla. Here's your chance to work one-on-one with her to create a bespoke arch that aligns with your vision. As always, we use all Real Touch© flowers and foliage with a lifelike look and feel, with accents of fresh floral & greenery (as needed) to produce an ultra-realistic and super photogenic showstopper to frame your ceremony.
All of our arches (especially custom ones!) are extremely full and lush, and they photograph so beautifully, not to mention how breathtaking they are in person. Our permanent botanicals are stunning, and the most frequent comment we hear about them is "I cannot believe these aren't real flowers!" Also, we can source almost ANY species and color of blooms for you... regardless of season. This creates limitless options that are not possible when working exclusively with fresh flowers.
Local florists typically charge $5k to $8k for a lush, custom floral arch, using fresh flowers only. Renting from us saves you thousands of dollars without sacrificing beauty or "wow" factor.

Price listed is for a custom arch, in a color palette and style of the client's choosing. Please note that our custom arches tend to follow a similar overall design aesthetic as seen in the floral pillars and arbors already in Young Vine's existing collections. Pricing listed includes several hundred stems of faux flowers and foliage, as well as the sturdy powder-coated steel frame(s) needed to support the flowers (as well as additional weights or supports as needed to protect the arch against strong gusts of wind). In rare cases, additional fees may be assessed for custom flowers or custom mechanics required to execute the client's vision, which will be discussed in full with the client to obtain the client's go-ahead prior to the production of the arch.
Price listed is for ONE setup location, and includes delivery and pickup before 9PM within 15 miles of 98136.
Additional fees will be assessed if you would like us to move the arch to a different location during your event, and/or if you require us to retrieve the arch past 9pm. Note that our custom arches are typically HUGE and do not always fit through doorways without being disassembled first. For this reason, we do not allow anyone to move our arches to a different location at your event, other than our team.
Item can only be rented if the venue is within 50 miles (one-way) of 98136.
RENTING WITH YOUNG VINE IS EASY!
We are located in Seattle, WA, and do not deliver outside the state, nor do we ship overseas. We are able to deliver within 50 miles (one-way) of our warehouse in Seattle.
- Choose your reservation date from our calendar and click "Next”.
- Fill out the special instructions box. Once you've confirmed the item you want to rent, the delivery date, and that you agree to our policies, you will see an empty box. It’s important that you fill this out with your VENUE NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL and PHONE NUMBER, so that we know where to deliver your rental and can contact the venue for insurance. Please also confirm your preferred time for delivery and pickup of the rentals, if you have this info at the time of booking.
- All orders include delivery, setup, and pickup, with a pickup time no later than 9:00 PM, and delivery within 15 miles of our warehouse. Pickups past 9 PM will incur a separate fee. The delivery fee for orders beyond 15 miles will be determined by distance, and whether or not our movers and/or designer will be involved in setup. Please email us and we can provide a quote. Any pickups past 9 PM are subject to a late-night pickup fee, which can be found on our terms & conditions page. Use the "Order Special Instructions" box at checkout to add any requests, e.g. custom flower colors you'd like us to add, or if you want us to give you a quote for moving the rentals from your ceremony location to the reception.
- Checkout. We offer 2 payment options: Entire rental fee upfront, or SHOP PAY, which splits the total into 4 payments.
